Chances of transfer to University of Washington Mechanical Engineering from Everett community college?

Getting into uw is hard in general but its not impossible. Getting in depends on how bad you want it and how hard youre willing to work for it. Raise your grades. Go to tutoring sessions to help you better understand the class. Since youre transferring from another college, i think the university will look more into your success in college than high school. Extra curricular activities are a plus too.
