For colleges how can you figure out what pre-requisites you need for the school?

I've been going on every college site and it's really hard to find information such as around what gpa you'd need to get accepted and what classes you'd need to have taken, etc. so is there a site where you can type in a college and it says stuff like that? Or is there some passage on the site i'm completely missing? If you can help that's great. Thanks!
