Do athiests realize cells can only be created by other living cells?

They seem to forget this scientific FACT when they spew their lies. Not to mention that the chances of a single protien molecule forming by chance is 10 to the 243 power. If they comprehended math this number even divided by a few billion years of time is still almost theoretically impossible.
