Is Chemistry 111 equal to Chemistry 121?

The college i am thinking of transferring to requires chem 121 as a pre requisite for my major, but the school i am at now requires chem 111 and doesn't even offer a chem 121 class. Will my chem 111 transfer as the equivalent of chem 121?
