I have just wormed my dog 24 hours ago and she has just started vomiting .. .. ..?

Try her on a bland diet for a few day, boiled chicken and rice. Feed small meals 3-4 times during the day. If the vomiting continues for more than 48 hrs OR she stops drinking and develops diarrhea you will need to take her to see your vet.
