Not really sure what's wrong with me, just sick?

That's a hard one to answer. Honestly I think nobody is going to be able to give you the right answer unless you go to a doctor. It could be something extremly serious and you just don't know. I wouldn't wait, I would go to the doctor before it gets worse. Hope you get better soon:D
