Please answer, can you re-catch your sickness?

i woke up lastnight and spewed a few times and i felt really sick, it is now the mroning and i feel a little bit better, my stomach feels a little funny but not as bad as last night, the thing is, everyone that lives in my house has now got it !... it was very contagiouse obviously, can i re-catch it? i really dont wanna go through that again !? im too scared to eat !
