Pre-requisites for going into medical school?

Good grades, Volunteering (couple hundred hours), Excellent MCAT scores, good extra curriculars (also consistent). Medical school is competitive and if you can get through medical school then it will be easier to become an anethesiologist because you'll have a good chance of getting into a good residency program. Oh and make sure you have taken the require science & math courses.
