What chances do I have getting into LIU Pharmacy school?

I'm currently in my 2nd yr at LIU as a pre-pharmacy student, finishing my pre-requisites. So far I have done very well overall in all of my classes....except for Organic Chemistry. Last semester when I took Organic Chem 1 i got a D for the class and this semester in Orgo 2 am not doing well at all. I thought of taking a UW at times, but I didnt want that on my transcript. Its unfortunate but I definitely think I'll get an F for this semester. Im really scared since Ive never failed a class before. Im happy to say however, that I did recieve three interview offers including LIU and it went well. Do u think the admissions commitee will reject me if I have one F on my transcript, even though the rest of my grades are above average and I scored above a 400 on the PCAT? I should add that at LIU they have what they like to call a "conditional acceptance" meaning you're accepted until your final grades are reviewed. They may take it back if they see that you've done poorly in ur classes, failed or have a withdrawl. Im scared of being in this situation although I know im not the ONLY one doing poorly in orgo; i know other students are doing the same as me. Let me know if u have any insight! thanks so much!
