Who is the comedian who draws dirty pictures? I think from the 90s?

I remember a comedian who would draw with a marker and at first the pictures would look dirty, like breasts or a butt but it would end up being something innocent like a puppy or balloons. I can't remember if it was a comedian who would do this for his act or if it was a skit on a comedy show like In Living Color, MAD or SNL. I think it was from the late 80s to the early 90s.
