Do you have a problem with the current death penalty in the U.S.?

The only problem I have is that some people might be innocent and might be sentenced to death since the sentencing phase is mostly based on the severity of the crime the defendant was found guilty off as opposed to how guilty they were. But in general I really do not have a problem when someone is sentenced to death especially for serial murder, brutal double murders, or a brutal child murder.
