Psychology Degree- BS or BA for... (Read details Please)?

Most psychology majors (about 3/4) get a BS, but a BA is just as acceptable. The type of degree won't make much difference to grad schools or employers. Being a professor would probably mean doing research, so the statistics course and the advanced research course might be beneficial.
