Why should we support the troops?

Because the solider do not start wars, they don't decide what nations to invade, they go where they are ordered to go. The following order argument does hold water, so long as the orders are lawful under the Geneva convention. The orders for the US troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc are lawful orders...therefore they follow orders or go to prison. Would you choose prison?
