Wait listed and pre reqs left?

I got waitlisted for grad school, and I still have pre-requisites (anatomy and physiology 1 & 2) left to complete. It's almost summer and there are only a hand full of schools that offer this course around the country, and where I live they're not offering it. I have an option of taking it online, but it would be at University of Phoenix. I went to a somewhat respectable school and if I show that I took that course in U o P, does it look bad? Help!
